Exchanges & Returns
We want your Cocobelle sandals to fit like a glove (so they can take you to all corners of this wonderful world) on the off chance that they do not - we gladly accept returns or exchanges of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of ship date. Unfortunately, all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in its original condition for any exchange or return to be approved. All sandals should be returned in their original, undamaged shoeboxes as this is considered part of the product. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Cocobelle’s sole discretion.
All exchanges at Cocobelle are free. Simply email [email protected], where you will be supplied with an exchange request form. Return this form and if we have what you are looking for in stock - we will approve your exchange and send you a pre-paid UPS label.
Once exchanged goods are received, they will be inspected for condition and pending approval: your new sandals will be sent out to you! If we cannot accept the goods for exchange you will be contacted with your options. If you do not wish to keep exchanged goods, the return shipping costs will not be accounted for and the customer will assume all return shipping cost.
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] for a return authorization form. Which should be returned and completed. Upon receipt of this form, an RA number and return instructions will be supplied.
Merchandise returned to Cocobelledesigns.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. When goods are inspected and approved, your account will be credited and a confirmation email will be sent. Refunds will be issued only to the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
